In our recent Student Learning Surveys, over 91 percent of our students said they felt that staff really appreciated hearing their questions and ideas.  One of the ways we heard from our students was speaking to them 1:1 to get their feedback about what our school values meant to them.  When we co-develop school wide and language, it is so crucial and beneficial that our students feel that they have a say in what these mean.  Take a listen to a few of our 1:1 chats with our students:
